I have one to sell!
Attractive peach-mount N173 Old Judge cabinet featuring Tip O'Neil. A star in his day O'Neil was the second person in history to hit for the Triple Crown doing so in 1887. A member of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame an award in his name is still given each year to the best Canadian ballplayer. Graded AUTHENTIC by SGC the cabinet mount is undersized (measuring 4 1/8" x 6 1/8" as opposed to the more traditional 4 1/4" x 6 1/2") apparently trimmed on all four size including the top portion of the photo itself. The image quality itself is exceptional with strong clarity and contrast. The reverse exhibits a coating of what is likely glue along with paper remnants along the top edge clearly from scrapbook mounting. Despite the glue and the trimming an exceptional cabinet of one of the era's greats. With just four graded O'Neil cabinets in the population reports this is a seldom-seen pose.
