Attractive red white and blue official program from the fifth annual All-Star Game this one played in 1937 at Griffith Stadium in Washington DC. The American League took the game 8-3 Lefty Gomez besting Dizzy Dean Lou Gehrig blasting a home run for the AL. The program boasts a strong presentation though close examination reveals some paper loss and a minor puncture on the cover at the right side where it appears some sort of sticker has at some point been removed. That the entire abrasion is restricted to the area where the background is white truly mitigates much of the distraction such paper loss would cause.
