Beautiful photo of infielder Joe Harrington who played two seasons with the Boston Beaneaters in the mid 1890s. Harrington's final season in pro baseball as a player was 1900 though he played 14 seasons between the majors and minors. Image quality is outstanding with slight foxing and some surface wear. The studio name seems to have been scraped from the mount the date stamped on the reverse which exhibits some uneven toning.
