Between PSA and SGC just one example of Amos Rusie's N300 Mayo's card with his name spelled correctly has graded higher than this the only example graded at the EX+ level. The card is spectacular light corner chipping responsible for keeping the card from a higher holder but certainly not impacting its eye appeal to any great degree. The Amos Rusie card was originally issued with the pitcher's name misspelled "Russie " and it is thought that the spelling issue was corrected very early in the printing process resulting in considerable scarcity of the error as well as slight scarcity of the corrected version as well. One of the finest examples known to exist a key card of an important Hall of Famer from the era.
