Lot Description  

Card #183-5 in the N172 issue an 1889 issue of C. Frank Genins of Sioux City in the Western Association who had his name misspelled "Genius" (probably deliberately) on his N172 cards. Graded VG 3 by SGC the image quality is strong enough to see the rings on Genins' bat as well as the pads in his uniform pants. The technical assessment relates to some mild discoloration at the top edge as well as corner wear.
