1926 season pass issued by the New York Yankees to Laurence J Berliner providing access to Yankee Stadium for the entire season. The 1926 Yankees won their fourth American League pennant finishing three games ahead of Cleveland. The team made it to Game 7 of the World Series losing to St. Louis as Babe Ruth was caught stealing second with two out. Ruth posted a phenomenal season hitting .372 with 47 home runs and 150 rubs batted in future Hall of Famers Herb Pennock Urban Shocker and Waite Hoyt leading the pitching staff. The pass is in VG/EX condition with some corner and edge wear. Berliner was likely the Lawrence Berliner who owned the Berliner Leather Company and also worked as a freelance journalist and lived in New York City.
