American League pass for the 1929 season as issued to one Leonard Pettelson providing access to all the American League parks for the season. The 1929 was an historic season for the Philadelphia Athletics who defeated the Chicago Cubs in the World Series. The team's 104-46 record propelled them to an 18 game lead over the second-place Yankees with offensive firepower provided by Jimmie Foxx and Al Simmons and outstanding pitching from George Earnshaw Lefty Grove and Rube Walberg. The passis in VG condition with corner wear and mild surface staining age-related discoloration along the top edge and some mild surface abrasions.
