Extremely difficult 1910 W-Unc Walter Johnson. Unusual and very scarce "card" of Ty Cobb originating from a children's notebook cover and part of a 26-subject "set). The cards were trimmed from the cover and it was only a recent discovery of an intact notebook cover that the hobby learned what the cards actually were. Demand did not diminish after the discovery as the cards remain difficult and very desirable in any grade. Graded AUTHENTIC by SGC due to the erratic trim the card does exhibit pencil markings on the front as well as what appears to be a slight tear at the top edge. Regardless a very difficult card of a key Hall of Famer one of the keys to this difficult issue.
