Beautiful side-written LVS bat attributed to Sacramento Solons/Senators (PCL) outfielder Frank Osborn. Osborn spent the majority of his career in the PCL including six seasons with Sacramento. A lifetime .313 hitter in the minors and .304 in the PCL Osborn hit .316 with 12 home runs and 46 doubles in 1928 arguably his best PCL season.The bat itself displays wonderfully. The side writing is very faded but legible and there is very little use with a handle crack that traverses from the handle well up the barrel past the center brand along with some grain separation. A rare piece of Pacific Coast League history.
