Very rare 1924 Diaz Cigarettes album page featuring the Detroit Tigers team. Taken from a 32-page hardcover album this 9"x 12" page is part of a two-page spread devoted to each major league team. Each of the spreads feature black and white portrait photos set against ornate color backgrounds. The full album which is extremely rare includes the pitchers in the 1924 Diaz Cigarettes baseball card set as well as many additional position players including Hall of Famers. Authenticated and encapsulated in its monster slab by Beckett the Detroit album page includes Ty Cobb along with other members of the Tigers team. In excellent shape with some slight soiling and staining an excellent presentation.
