Gorgeous and scarce Bishop & Company card of Ping Bodie depicted during his time with the San Francisco Seals. Bodie left the seals for Chicago at the end of the 1910 season beginning a nine-year major league career. Cards from the Bishop & Company candy issue are scarce today a 30-card set that is highly desirable among prewar collectors today. This example graded GOOD 30 by SGC is graded as such due to the owner stamp of Gilliam Squires on the reverse an addition that in our opinion adds to the card's desirability. Owner stamps are cool.
