Colorful baseball board game featuring the likeness and endorsement of Walter Johnson as issued in 1930. Advertised as "Next Best to The Real Game " the game itself is a simple dice-driven game with small game pieces and a special spinning top to determine the outcome of "plays." As is the case with many surviving examples of this game the box has been well-loved with significant creases folds tears and age-related wear throughout though the large image of Walter Johnson on the cover is uninterrupted. Also included are the spinning top nine metallic tokens and green "playing field." The instruction sheet is missing from this example.
