Sensational seldom-seen Mantle item from Mickey Mantle's "Ballplayer's Party " held at Mantle's Holiday Inn hotel in Joplin MO in February of 1962. Attendees from a variety of major league teams are listed on the reverse and include Hank Bauer Clete Boyer Whitey Herzog Roger Maris Johnny Sain Bill Verdon and Dick Williams. The 8" x 11" menu is printed on heavier cream-colored stock with maroon ink. The interior pages include the itinerary for the evening (with entertainment by Somethin' Smith and the Redheads a vocal group you can hear by clicking this link) as well as the evening's menu. Apparent VG/EX condition with a spot of paper loss at the upper-left of the front that does not interfere with the printing and some very minor staining at the top edge.
