Another outstanding card from the collection of hobby pioneer Lionel Carter this card of workhorse pitcher George Mullin is a strong well-centered example with outstanding characteristics perhaps conservatively graded save for some weak T-B centering. Mullin had a 228-196 career record across 14 seasons largely with the Rigers which whom he had five 20-win seasons and three more of 17 wins or better. A star for the early part of the 20th Century Mullin fell prey to lack of conditioning that hurt his career. Mullin also pitched in the Cuban-American Major League series in 1909 and 1910.
