The T210 "Red Border" set is an enormous set of more than 600 minor leaguers that is divided into eight different series each featuring players from a different minor league. The 6th series featuring members of the Blue Grass League is commonly known as one of the more scarce. Cards in the 66-card set are rarely found in top condition; in fact while PSA has graded just 113 cards from the 6th series just 1 has graded above a 6.At the same time we recognize that particularly with prewar minor-league sets like the T210 Old Mill sets many collectors prefer to keep their cards raw. Still the grading company population reports in cases like these provide an excellent guideline for determining relative scarcity and difficulty in obtaining top-condition cards. This card is an anomaly. Graded VG-EX+ by SGC this is a well-centered card of Lexington Colts infielder Lawrence Sinex. Exhibiting just minor wear at the corners (notably the upper-left) this card is high grade for the issue; a rare example of a T210 that while technically graded just UNDER EX has all the characteristics of an EX card. Still while we acknowledge the large number of raw T210s in the hobby no Sinex card has ever been professionally graded at a higher level than this - a special card from a rare and desirable set.Population data:SGC Population: 4 total graded 1 at this level none higherPSA Population: 3 total graded none at this level none higher
