Pair of attractive colorful 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" "Slide & Shell" tobacco packages which once held Hassan Cork Tip Cigarettes. Each of the empty boxes sports a clean 1909 tax stamp. These are the types of boxes that onced housed the T202 "Triple Folder" baseball cards. One of the boxes appears in excellent condition with some minimal wear at the ends of the box but has maintained all its color the durable chipboard box exhibiting little chipping. The second box appears to have had some sort of scratching to the box surface the word "boxing" written in pencil near the tax stamp. The inner box is slightly toned but otherwise sturdy and colorful. Two beautiful vintage cigarette boxes.
