An unbelievably attractive card featuring Owen Moran in the ring on the attack against an unseen opponent. One lengthy surface abrasion (visible only at certain angles) and a lower-left corner crease are the card"s most noticeable flaws as it appears to have been preserved in EX or better condition otherwise. Featuring Moran in a much less "posed" position the card is one of few prewar boxing cards that actually appear to show the subject participating in his sport rather than posing for an artist or photographer. A beautiful card from a popular and highly collectible set.
