The T202 Triple Folder issue is one of the most unique and attractive in the hobby. Comprised of three distinct panels two depicting individual portraits of players each flanking a third panel consisting of a large black and white photo the cards are interesting and informative. Their susceptibility to wear coupled with their odd size have made them less popular among collectors but they are probably the most engaging of all the mainstream tobacco issues. Graded GOOD 2 by PSA this example does exhibit considerable surface wear and paper loss suggesting that perhaps the technical grade may be generous. Still any card featuring Ty Cobb in his playing days is highly desirable and this well-known portrait of Cobb is largely clean and colorful.
