By January 9 of 1950 the date this postcard was mailed Bill Dickey was first base coach of the New York Yankees and a special instructor to catcher Yogi Berra. The postcard which is in outstanding condition is signed and inscribed by Dickey in what appears to be ballpoint a very faint crease visible near the name "Skip." A beautiful signature of one of the game's great catchers signed and mailed more than 60 years ago.
