I have one to sell!
Ambidextrous second baseman Fred "Sure Shot" Dunlap was considered one of the greatest fielders of his time and was a bona fide superstar. Author of a .412 batting average in 1884 Dunlap would never again approach that level but still was a serviceable hitter who was far better-known for his glove. Dunlap is featured on no fewer than 11 different N172 cards each depicting him with Pittsburgh where he spent the 1888 and 1889 seasons (along with part of 1890). Despite being graded POOR 10 by SGC the card is yet another example of an N172 with a high-quality image and a technical grade resulting from significant back damage due to scrapbook removal. Many advanced collectors of Old Judges ignore issues with the reverse in favor of a quality image; this card is a perfect example.
