Believed to be distributed inside boxes of caramel candy the E125 are all very large (some measuring as much as 7" high) and feature players from the Athletics Red Sox Giants and Pirates. Undiscovered until the 1960s the cards were printed by the P.R. Warren Company of Lowell MA and feature a team checklist and advertising message on the reverse. This example of Hall of Famer Fred Clarke has received a grade of GOOD 30 by SGC and boasts significant creasing and what appears to be caramel staining on the front. Still the E125 cards are extremely desirable and relatively scarce in any grade; Hall of Famers that are intact are highly sought after among even the most advanced collectors.
