Lot Description  

Large collection of gold-bordered "Fables" cards as issued from 1910-12 with packages of Turkish Trophies Cigarettes. These beautiful gold-bordered cards contain a colorful illustration on the front with a fable (and moral that relates to contemporary issues) on the reverse. Cards grade primarily F/G with some better some worse and a few trimmed. From the Rudy Strejc Collection.
