A versatile professional, Jack Marshall was the first player to become a six-time Stanley Cup champion and the first player to win Stanley Cups with four different teams. Marshall secured cups in 1901 with the Winnipeg Victorias, 1902 and 1903 with the Montreal Shamrocks, 1907 and 1910 with the Montreal Wanderers, and 1914 with the Toronto Blueshirts. A Hockey Hall of Famer, he was inducted in 1965. This 1910 Sweet Caporal Hockey Postcard of Marshall, #29 in the set, exhibits handwritten notations of "1906 and "1907" at the bottom edge, with rounding at the corners. Otherwise, card presents beautifully with clean and postally unused reverse. Graded GOOD 2(MK) by PSA it remains one of only 11 graded examples across both PSA and SGC's population reports combined.
Please note: our printed catalog displays "RC" in the title indicating rookie card status. This is in-fact considered a second year card for Marshall, consistent with his C55 issue.
