Speedy defenseman and left winger Hamby Shore played professionally from 1904-18, mostly for the Ottawa Senators where he won Stanley Cups with the club in 1905, 1910, and 1911. Shore tragically passed away at the age of only 32 while still an active player - a result of complications from pneumonia during the influenza outbreak of 1918. This 1910 Sweet Caporal Hockey Postcard of Shore, #12 in the set and his rookie card, exhibits limited rounding at the corners with otherwise clean front surface. Some areas of discoloration are present on reverse along the right and bottom edges. Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA it remains one of only 10 graded examples across both PSA and SGC's population reports combined.
