Hall of Fame center Marty Walsh played professionally from 1906-12, mostly for the Ottawa Senators where he helped them secure three Stanley Cups. A prolific goal scorer, Walsh netted 10 goals in a single 1911 Stanley Cup game, while tallying 135 goals total across five seasons with Ottawa. This 1910 Sweet Caporal Hockey Postcard of Walsh, #11 in the set, exhibits visible limited rounding at the corners with otherwise clean and attractive front and back surfaces. Graded VG 3 by PSA it remains one of only 15 graded examples across both PSA and SGC's population reports combined.
Please note: our printed catalog displays "RC" in the title indicating rookie card status. This is in-fact considered a second year card for Walsh, consistent with his C55 issue.
