James "Rocket" Power was a defenseman who played for both amateur and professional clubs based primarily in Quebec and Edmonton from 1903-13. He is noted for having played in one game for the 1913 Stanley Cup champion Quebec Bulldogs, the final game of his career. This 1910 Sweet Caporal Hockey Postcard of Power, #40 in the set, exhibits gentle rounding at the corners and a few chips to the edges. Otherwise, a stunning rendition of Power with clean and attractive front and an area of visible toning at center of reverse. Graded GOOD 2 by PSA it remains one of only 12 graded examples across both PSA and SGC's population reports combined.
