Collection of four 6" x 8" news service photos depicting Philadelphia Athletics greats of the 1910's. All four examples include affixed paper captions dated to 1929 as Connie Mack's Athletics were marching towards their first of three consecutive American League pennants, including back-to-back World Series titles in 1929-30. Though these photos were  developed from original negatives they were done so outside of the approximate two year window necessary for Type I status, thus landing them as Type II's on PSA's authentication scale.
