From 1901-1998 the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues served as an umbrella organization for all minor leagues, changing it's name to Minor League Baseball in 1999. Interesting pair includes framed photo from a banquet on Dec 9, 1948, the second day of the organization's winter meetings in Minneapolis, MN, and a colorful decal celebrating their 50th Anniversary in 1951. Photo has been framed to approx. 7" x 17" with decal measuring 4.75" x 6.25".
