One of the more outspoken figures in Lawrence Ritter's wonderful book The Glory Of Their Times Reds Hall of Fame outfielder Ed Rousch commented on everything from the 1919 World Series to his contractual holdouts with the Reds. Depicted here on this beautiful team-issued postcard Rousch crouches for the camera turn-of-the-century fielder's glove on his right hand his gaze affixed somewhere off in the distance. Postally unused the image is gorgeous the card itself exhibiting only minimal wear at the bottom edge.
