Fantastic two-color original cartoon art piece by sports cartoonist Lou Darvas. Darvas was a well-known cartoonist who received the National Cartoonist Society sports cartoon awards in 1963 and 1967.  This 12 1/2" x 14 1/4" original piece appears exactly as it ran in the June 4, 1949 edition of the Cleveland Press. VG condition with some toning and visible but not distracting creasing, the piece also includes some editorial notes on the front.
