Part of a larger collection of original owner gum cards that we have been offering in our last four or five auctions, a sharp and clean grouping of 1939 Play Ball cards. The entire collection has been a pleasure to handle, the cards boasting strong image quality with very light and careful handling, remaining with the family of their original owner since the date of issue.  Averaging EX to EX-MT, the primary condition flaw with the cards relates to centering.
