c.1925 portrait photograph of Cleveland Indians player/manager, Tris Speaker. A classic image known to have been captured by Charles Martin Conlon himself, "The Grey Eagle" has been posed confidently smiling in front of his dugout at Yankee Stadium. A fresh to the hobby 6" x 8.5" example virtually free of handling wear, with credit stamping from Fotograms applied to verso and a handwritten identifier of the Hall of Famer towards the top edge. Verso does display some toning and smudging mostly constrained to the left edge and bottom third. Authenticated and encapsulated as a Type I photo by PSA/DNA.
