The 1952 Coca-Cola
Tips cards were a 10-card set distributed in the New York area
featuring players from the three New York baseball teams. Though widely
popular, due to the die-cutting, these are highly condition-sensitive.
Dodgers first baseman and Hall of Famer Gil Hodges is the
subject of this example, graded Good 2 by
PSA with some light surface wear and softer right edges.
The scarcity of this issue far outweighs any cosmetic flaws on this example. PSA has only ever graded 34 total examples of this card.
