Presented here is a boldly signed magazine photo from Herbert Hoover, the 31st President of the United States. Hoover served as President from 1929 to 1933 and passed away in 1964. He found a "sweet spot" on the image for his classic penmanship, inked in period blue fountain pen on the white pages shown on his desk in the photo.
