One of the key cards in the tremendously popular 1914 Cracker Jack set card #57 of the great Walter Johnson features the pitcher in the midst of his legendary sidearm delivery. With a lush red backdrop this example graded VG 40 by SGC is extraordinary for the grade some very light corner creasing at the top right along with some minor surface abrasions being the primary cause of the reduced grade. Caramel staining is minimal and corner wear is consistent with the grade. A wonderful card one of the most important of this popular issue.
