Measuring 13 1/4" x 6 1/2:, quad-fold advertising piece for Red Cross tobacco.  The advertisement is aimed at tobacconists, offering a special price on the tobacco, as advertised.  The quad-fold piece is printed on extremely delicate paper, and the long-ago folds have weakened to the point where two panels have come apart. All four panels are present, however, and could create an outstanding display.  The Red Cross brand is relevant to baseball hobbyists due to the T215 Red Cross Tobacco issue, as well as the tougher Red Cross backs on the T207 set.
