Handsome countertop display piece intended to house Boston Garter product in a retail environment.  Measuring 13 3/4" by 10" and 4 1/2" deep, the piece is constructed of two wood shelves and a wood base, surrounded by a tin housing that frames the shelves and acts as a housing. The tin is treated to look like a wood grain, with colorful, printed graphics on the reverse depicting a man (who looks suspiciously like Christy Mathewson) sitting in a chair, holding a box containing Boston Garter product.  At the bottom, an advertising statement reads "Holds your sock smooth as your skin." The graphics on the reverse extend beyond the top of the piece, extending the height to 12 3/4".  Some wear and scratches are apparent throughout, with some chipping to the wood base and wear on the interior shelves.
