Printed on heavy board, four-panel scorecard folded in half to 7 1/2" x 7 1/4" that features a team photo of the 1899 St. John's College baseball team on the cover page.  The reverse, amidst several advertisements, lists the team schedule, a blank scorecard on the interior page.  Well-worn, the bottom half of the page is separated at the fold, with some additional chipping, surface abrasions and soiling throughout.
