The Worch Cigar postcards issued in 1933 are one of the most difficult and interesting of all postcard sets. Presented here is a handsome wooden box once housing Cyana brand cigars, manufactured by the Worch company. Measuring 8 7/8" x 5 7/8" x 1 1/2", the box remains sturdy, all its labels and seals intact, though some of the exterior labels exhibit wear and peeling with some gouging and stray pencil markings. The interior of the box, hinge and label are in fantastic condition, creating a beautiful display.
