Collection of nine colorful panels from Wheaties boxes issued in 1938.  The 1938 panels feature outstanding art deco designs featuring colorized photographs of each player, set against a colorful background, with a narrative inset into each, describing a particular game or career highlight.  Collection includes: Joe DiMaggio (HOF), Bob Feller (HOF), Lou Fette, Charles Gehringer (HOF), Lefty Grove (HOF), Ernie Lombardi (HOF), Cecil Travis, and Paul Waner (HOF). Th9ough each presents well, they are not without condition flaws, the most notable of which is an irregular cut at the top edge of the DiMaggio resulting in a tear that encroaches into the text box.  Other irregular cuts are evident, as is some discoloring, corner, edge and surface wear.  VG on average.  Nine panels total.
