Yet another scarce PCL issue the 1911 D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit set consisted of twelve players from each of the six PCL teams featuring sepia or black and white photos along with a checklist on the reverse. This example of catcher Carl Mitze has been graded GOOD 30 by SGC due to overall wear primarily some staining and very light wrinkling on the card surface along with corner wear typical for the age. Still the card is exceptionally scarce and the image very strong. Mitze (whose name is misspelled on the card) played 22 seasons of minor league ball including 11 in the Pacific Coast League but never made it to the majors.
