Extraordinary real photo postcard featuring the 1907 Detroit Tigers, including a young Ty Cobb.  The most desirable of the various postcards to feature this team image, this is an outstanding midgrade example, postally unused, with some mild silvering and light surface wear visible.

Regardless of the MK qualifier assigned by PSA, this is the highest-graded example of the 7 cards in their population report (the next highest grade is a VG 3).  Sharp and clean, with no evidence of postal use, the MK qualifier speaks to the ink signature in the white space along the right side of the card.  The important factor here is the quality of the image, uncreased with little surface wear and a bit of an abrasion on the image of Hugh Jennings.  Cobb, who sits just behind the Hall of Fame manager, a scowl on his face.  An outstanding postcard featuring one of the earliest images of Ty Cobb.
