Group of four team photo supplements issued by the Sporting News, one from 1926 (M101-7) and three from 1939 (M101-9).  The 1926 supplement features a team photo of the NL Champion Cardinals, including Hall of Famers Billy Southworth, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Jim Bottomley, Jesse Haines, and manager Rogers Hornsby. FAIR condition with a delicate fold down the center with some light separation as a result.  A bit of paper loss is evident at the bottom center.  The three 1939 (M101-9) Supplements include: Cincinnati Reds: POOR condition, torn at the center fold with paper loss along the bottom and right edges.  Includes Hall of Famers Bill McKechnie and Ernie Lombardi.  New York Yankees: FAIR condition with notching and paper loss at the top and bottom edges, with some mild tears at the center fold.  Includes Hall of Famers Joe McCarthy, Earle Combs, Lou Gehrig, Bill Dickey, Red Ruffing, and Joe DiMaggio.  St. Louis Cardinals: FAIR condition with some surface abrasions and separation at the center fold.  Includes Hall of Famers Enos Slaughter, Joe Medwick, and Johnny Mize.  Four supplements total.
