Lefthanded pitcher Dolly Gray finishes his motion in this action shot in front of a solid red background. His white Washington uniform has beautiful shading on it to portray shadows along the left side of his body. Centering is to the east of the canvas, but the card's technical grade can be explained by soft, rounded corners, some edge chipping, and a crease in the upper left. There is some staining and color transfer on the back of the card, most likely due to being stuck to the front of a different card and then not perfectly separating. Still lots going for this one, especially considering that SGC has only ever graded 11 total examples of this Tolstoi back version of the Gray.
