Gorgeous early 1900s team cabinet photo featuring the members of the Roanoke College baseball team. With each of the players identified by number with a legend written in fountain pen on the reverse the ink is clearly a detriment to the card's condition and yet helps us to identify the players. We strive to try and put the players on these long-ago teams back together with their names so it is always a pleasure when they are clearly identified. The photo itself is in fantastic condition with fantastic image quality not done justice by the photo. An oversized cabinet too large for a scanner bed the mount does exhibit wear including tack holes at the corners. Still a wonderful piece.
