Astonishing collection of 109 original news service photos picturing early New York Yankees at spring training throughout the 1920's. Many obscure short-time major leaguers and hopefulls who never made Yankees rosters (though are wearing Yankees uniforms) appear in this trove, with most examples measuring approx. 5" x 7" with some smaller and none larger than 8" x 10".
