Joe Arenas was an iron man player for the 49'ers from 1951 to 1957, never missing a game and serving as both Half Back and Defensive Back. This, after a delayed entry to the University of Nebraska (where he also starred on the Basketball team) after four years of military service in World War 2. His 1954 Bowman card is a wellspring of action and graded as a PSA 3.5, while the signature thereon is a PSA/DNA 8, which seems like a bit of an undergrade upon examination. It's writ large and emphatically in thin blue marker, making the overall package a bold one.
