His nickname, thanks to an unorthodox running style, was Crazy Legs and it was equally apt for a player with his speed. Hirsch is enshrined in both the Pro Football and College Football Halls of Fame and set numerous NFL Records during his playing days. He's in a posed action shot on his 1954 Bowman card, which grades PSA 4, with a later signature in black Sharpie using his nickname and grading PSA/DNA 10.  Crazy? You bet!
