Incredible collection of pocket-sized notebooks from Bill Skiff's managerial career in the PCL.  Skiff took detailed notes and careful observations of ballgames, travel, meetings, and expenses, all meticulously noted in this collection of small books.  Ranging from the 1940s to the 1960s, these ten books are a treasure trove of information, fascinating and overwhelming.  One notebook, intended to be an address book, instead contains typewritten roster information on the early 1940s Seattle Rainiers, including salaries, bonuses, advances, local hotels, and even opponents' salary information.  Other books include handwritten in-game notes, summaries, and observations.  Though they are considerably musty, the books all appear in VG condition, intact, and chock full of valuable and interesting information that a PCL fan would find incredible.  Ten books total.
