The Colgan's Chips Red Border Series (E270-1 in the American Card Catalog) followed on the heels of the company's more expansive E254 Stars the Diamond set and is the toughest of their three issues to track down. George Stovall has been passed down through the decades, landing with a grade of PSA 1.  As the only example in the PSA pop report, the obverse has read all the way around, with some edge chips and what looks like minor product staining visible.  The reverse has been removed from an album, affecting the text a bit but the key here is the rarity.
